Very bright , jumps around on the palate, some mushroom , yeast extract characters which is underpinned with dark plums . Very interesting and would cut through dishes with oil.

COLOUR: Crimson, clear

AROMA: Some ground vegetable, think beetroot or sweet potato, with some raspberry jam nuances.
